“March 2011 – Unfit, unhealthy, overweight, and searching “Large Man’s shops for clothes.
October 2011- Fitter than I’ve been for the last 20+ years, 3 stone lighter, able to run for a bus without gagging for breath, and digging out clothes that I haven’t worn since the days of Coppell (1st time round!)
Well maybe the last comment is a bit of an exaggeration, but this has all been down to the education and support I’ve received from being a member of Eagles Fitter Fans.
Maintaining a healthier diet and regular exercise, supported by weekly footy at Goals in Beckenham, has made such a change to my lifestyle.
Since joining the scheme, I have also made some amazing friends (all fellow Palace supporters and Over 40’s) and PLAYED ON THE HALLOWED TURF AT SELHURST PARK!
Don’t think twice about it join Rob and the boys at Eagles Fitter Fans”.
