The safety and well-being of children, young people and adults we work with, along with our staff is of paramount importance to us. We have a rigorous recruitment process for all full time and sessional staff involved in delivering programmes who are all fully qualified and hold enhanced DBS, Safeguarding and Emergency First Aid Certificates. The activities and programmes we run are subject to rigorous policies and processes to ensure we go over and above what is expected of us.
